Performance Indicators

Round Rock ISD is a data-driven organization. We rely on accurate data and an analysis of that data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make decisions for change. The Assessment and Audit Department collects, analyzes, and reports data from a variety of sources to campus and district leaders on a regular basis. In addition to required state and national tests, RRISD administers locally developed benchmark assessments throughout the year to ensure that our students are progressing at the appropriate pace.

However, data collected is not limited to student performance information, but also includes indicators measuring such things as stakeholder satisfaction, safety, employee attendance and turnover, and operational efficiency. Not only do we measure our performance against internal historical data, but also against state, national, and industry benchmarks.
