Home Access Center


The Home Access Center has been upgraded to a new, more user-friendly version.  Follow this link to a short document with some of the new features. Please note that the link to Student Progress is now under the tab 'School Links'.

The Home Access Center is a browser-based student information system that allows parents/guardians and high school students to view student information such as: demographics, attendance data, class schedules, discipline incidents, student progress, and report card grades. The Home Access Center is designed to provide parents, students, and guardians with helpful student information to support and guide their children through the educational process. E-mail links are also available throughout the portal so parents can communicate with the school and teachers.

Forgotten Username or Password
The first time that you log into the system, you will be prompted to enter two challenge questions and answers. You only have to provide these challenge questions and answers once. The prompt boxes for these questions and answers are 'free text' fields, so you will choose your own question and answer. Once you have provided the initial challenge questions and answers, you will be logged into the system. You can always update your challenge questions by selecting the “My Profile” option and update your responses.

Please contact the Home Access Center Coordinator at the campus where your student attends school if you require assistance or experience problems logging into the system.

**New** School Links
The Home Access Center provides the district with the ability to add links to other district web sites or web enabled systems. The text **NEW** will appear by a new link for approximately 30 days after it has been added to the system.

Privacy and security are important to everyone. The Round Rock ISD staff is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy as a user of the Home Access Center. We will only collect, store and use the guardian data and/or the student data that is accessed through the Home Access Center for district purposes.
The Home Access Center Privacy Statement can be viewed by clicking on the Privacy Statement link found at the bottom of every Home Access Center page.

Parents/guardians and students have a responsibility to ensure that the username and password that is provided for accessing the Home Access Center is kept secure at all times. Students should not share their username or password with other students. If a student or parent/guardian believes that their password may have been compromised, the student or parent/guardian is responsible for changing their password. Changing a password can be done online by clicking on “My Profile” in the Home Access Center, or by contacting the Home Access Center Coordinator at the campus where the student attends school.

Terms of Use
The Terms of Use link is available for all new users when requesting a login and password through the online registration process. To register online, click on the “Log-In” tab found under Home Access Center. Parents/guardians who are unable to register online will need to contact the campus Home Access Center Coordinator and sign a User Agreement form to receive their username and password.
