Blackland Prairie Elementary School Mrs. Williamson and Mrs. Rollans worked with Mrs. Williamson’s fourth graders to explore the elements of drama. The fourth graders were given a general description that they needed to create a slideshow with at least four elements of drama and some way to illustrate them. The students worked in partners and learned how to record themselves on the Chromebooks and insert the videos into their presentation. The amount of creativity that went into the projects was amazing. Some students strictly used videos, while others used pictures and captions. Some students recorded themselves talking about the elements while others acted out the elements using props like pencils, markers, and drawn backgrounds.
