Blackland Prairie Elementary School A group of second-grade girls at Blackland Prairie Elementary have been learning to code in Scratch over the last three weeks. The girls have self-selected projects and have been in control of their learning. They have gone through tutorials as well as worked with Mrs. Rollans to create a range of programs including chase games, catch games, and storytelling. They have learned to control their sprite’s appearance and record their voices. We are very proud of this group of tech-minded girls and can’t wait to see what they create next!
