Sommer Elementary School 
Our first day of school was AWESOME! Ours students and teachers were excited all throughout the day, and the positive energy in the building was EMPOWERING! As we walk around the building meeting students and being in classrooms, we are struck by how respectful and kind all of our Stallions are. Patsy Sommer Elementary is an AMAZING place to be! Parent Information Night Schedule:
Our success as a school community comes from our great partnership between our parents and teachers. The key to this success and partnership is positive communication. Parent Information Nights will be held by each grade level over the next few weeks. We highly encourage you to attend in order to hear important information concerning procedures, philosophy and practices from both our teachers and our campus. All sessions will be held from 6:00-7:15.

Spirit Days:
Fridays are campus spirit days. Show your school spirit by wearing a school shirt!
Wednesdays, we show our college spirit by wearing your a shirt from your favorite university. All are welcomed! (We even let Mr. Molina wear his Oklahoma shirt!) 😉
Friday Assembly:
Next Friday, Aug. 24 is our first Friday assembly. It is a school-wide assembly to introduce our Stallions to our mission of Empowering World Class Leaders and Life-Long-Learners and build our positive school community. This is assembly is for our students only. Students will go to their classrooms to drop off their backpacks before going to the cafeteria. Students arriving after 7:35 should report straight to the cafeteria.
Each month, separate assemblies are held for K-2 and 3-5 students. Please watch for the schedule!

Next to our teachers, our PTA is our biggest supporter of ALL students on campus. We encourage you to join this amazing group of parents! 100% of our staff join every year. How cool to have 100% of our families as well!
