Visual Arts Students Successful at State VASE

Round Rock ISD high school visual arts students had a successful year at Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) in Region 13 North and most recently at State VASE held on April 24, 2020.

The mission of the High School Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) is to recognize exemplary student achievement in the Visual Arts by providing high school art students and programs a standard of excellence in which to achieve.

Out of 35,885 student works adjudicated state-wide in 2020, 129 pieces went to State VASE from Region 13 North.  Of those 129, twenty works belonged to Round Rock ISD Visual Arts students.  Our artists did amazingly well with 2 pieces being selected for Gold Seal, the top 150 pieces from State.  Congratulations to:
