The 2018-2019 school year is set to start on Thursday, August 16. Staff at campuses are eager to meet new students and welcome back returning students.

Important dates for returning students

On Wednesday, August 1 parents and guardians are emailed a link to access InfoSnap, a mobile-friendly secure database that quickly, easily and safely manages required student forms. This is the easiest way for parents and guardians to complete their returning student(s) annual forms.

The email contains a unique Snapcode assigned to each student. Students who were either active (or pre-registered) on the last day of the 2017-18 school year receive Snapcodes. A student’s Snapcode should auto-populate in the InfoSnap enrollment portal when using the link in the parent/guardian email. If you need help filling out your student(s) forms, please call your campus and schedule an appointment with your campus Registrar.

Tuesday, September 4 is the final day to complete returning student annual forms using the online enrollment portal. Parents and guardians can easily access the enrollment portal on a mobile phone, a laptop or desktop.

New Students

New student registration for all grade levels is available through the District’s online enrollment portal.

If a parent or guardian needs help completing their new student(s) registration through the online enrollment portal, campus Registrars will start accepting eligibility forms and appointments during office hours beginning Monday, July 23.

The enrollment portal for parents and guardians of new and returning students is available on the New Student Registration & Required Student Forms Information page on the

District website. More enrollment information such as video tutorials, secure links, an FAQ, bus routes, and quick links to valuable student resources are also available in the online portal.

School hours for the upcoming school year are based on a 435 minute instructional day with the elementary school day starting at 7:40 a.m., dismissing at 2:55 p.m.; middle schools starting at 8:20 a.m., dismissing at 3:35 p.m.; high schools starting at 9:05 a.m. and dismissing at 4:20 p.m.
