In-District transfer applications for students who will be requesting to attend a different Round Rock ISD campus other than their zoned home campus for the 2019-2020 school year will open on March 1.

Parents/guardians must have a Home Access Center (HAC) account to request their student’s transfer for the 2019-2020 school year. The online application to request a transfer will be open from March 1 through April 1, at 5 p.m.

HAC is an online information system that allows parents and guardians to gain real-time access to their student’s information such as class schedules, class assignments and grades, attendance records, transportation designation, food service PIN# and set grade notifications.

Visit the HAC login page to open your account. If you need assistance creating an account, please contact your campus office.

Schools will allow transfers on a staff and space availability basis. A student’s grades, attendance, and discipline will also be reviewed. The District evaluates space and availability in each grade level and/or program and transfers will be based on this evaluation. Read more about the District’s transfer policy.

Paper applications will be available at the Lillie Delgado Round Rock ISD Administration Bldg., 1311 Round Rock Ave. in Round Rock or call the School Transfer Office 512-464-5954.

Get the free HAC app on your mobile device. The integrated eSchoolPlus Family app uses the same login and password as HAC and can be downloaded from the iTunes, Google Play or the Amazon app store. You must have a HAC account to use the app.
