Educational Results Partnership, a nonprofit organization that identifies high performing schools that are improving student outcomes, has named 16 schools from Round Rock ISD to its 2018-2019 Texas Honor Roll.

The Texas Honor Roll includes 855 high performing state schools that demonstrate consistently high levels of student academic achievement, improvement in achievement levels over time, and reductions in achievement gaps.

“We are honored to be recognized by educational and business leaders as an Honor Roll School District,” Superintendent Steve Flores, Ph.D.  said. “We are continually striving to increase academic achievement and improve educational outcomes for all of our students. Our teachers and administrators are fully committed and we are thrilled to see their hard work and dedication produce such positive results.”

Round Rock ISD schools included in the 2018-2019 Texas Honor Roll are:

  • Caraway Elementary,
  • England Elementary,
  • Fern Bluff Elementary,
  • Laurel Mountain Elementary,
  • Sommer Elementary,
  • Spicewood Elementary,
  • Canyon Vista Middle School,
  • Cedar Valley Middle School,
  • Chisholm Trail Middle School,
  • Pearson Ranch Middle School,
  • Walsh Middle School,
  • Early College High School,
  • Round Rock High School, and
  • Westwood High School.
