ℹ️ Nurse Notes from Francine Quinn RN, BSN, Round Rock High School school nurse.
If you find yourself feeling, thinking, or saying, “I’m thirsty,” it’s time to hydrate, STAT! 💧💦 Signs of dehydration include dry mouth, headaches, muscle cramp, dizziness, and insomnia.

Did you know your body can lose water just by breathing? Drinking plenty of fluids, especially water, is essential to good health. While at home, you may find yourself spending more time outdoors walking the dog, biking, gardening or playing, and probably sweating. About 60% of our body is water, so drink up!
