The start of the Round Rock ISD high school athletic season is experiencing delays due to the Coronavirus. Fall sports opening seasons are phasing in to help safeguard the health and safety of our student-athletes, staff, coaches, parent volunteers, and UIL officials.

With health and safety guidelines, student-athletes in cross country, football, golf, swim, tennis, and volleyball teams are training and competing.

The week of Sept. 21, student-athletes in basketball and soccer began training for their seasons, respectively.

District athletic officials are closely monitoring the situation, and as long as it’s determined safe to do so, more sports will phase-in in the order of their starting season.
