Identification badges are processed in the Human Resource Services Department Monday through Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All new hires will need authorization forms signed by department/campus supervisors. This would include Long-term substitutes, Housekeeping, Food Services, Maintenance, Transportation, Paraprofessionals, etc. and would apply whether they have building access or ID badges. Newly hired teachers will not be required to have authorization forms signed by the principal to get access badges to their campus.
Employees shall be required to maintain control of their identification badges at all times. Badges are not to be left unattended in a desk, etc., during and/or following the work day. Failure to maintain control of an identification badge may be grounds for termination.
