Admittance to the ceremonies held at the H-E-B Center will be by ticket only. This is to ensure attendance does not exceed the appropriate capacity of the event center and to ensure the safety of students and guests. All guests will be required to follow the event center’s clear bag policy. Clear bags cannot be any larger than 16″ x 8″ x 16″ and cannot have any colored tinting or obstructive patterns. Non-clear bags cannot be any larger than 4.5″ x 6.5.”

All in attendance are also encouraged, but not required, to wear masks during the event.

Each graduate will be allotted six (6) tickets to the ceremony. The six tickets guaranteed for each student will be picked up at the campus in May. Tickets will be provided at no cost and seating will not be assigned. Children under 3 will be admitted without a ticket, but will have to be seated on a lap. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Any graduate who will not be using all six allotted tickets is encouraged to give them to a graduate needing additional seats at the ceremony or turn them back into the campus to be redistributed.

Graduation ceremonies for Early College High School and Success High School will be held at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center on Friday, May 27 at 9 a.m and 4 p.m., respectively. Entry for the two ceremonies will not require tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What if I don’t need all 6 of my graduate’s tickets?
Between Nov. 29 – Dec. 10 families may notify their campus via an online form, which will be sent by the campus, that they don’t need all their tickets and how many they are giving back.

How do I request additional tickets?
Between Nov. 29 – Dec. 10 families may submit their request via an online form, which will be sent by the campus, for additional graduation tickets above the 6 allotted per graduate. Additional graduation tickets are not guaranteed. Requesting families will be notified beginning late in the week of December 13th if their request for additional tickets is granted. If additional tickets are still available after December 10th, campuses will communicate when & how additional tickets will be distributed to graduates still needing more.

What if I do not receive enough tickets for my family?
All five Round Rock ISD graduations will be live video-streamed on the District’s website.

May I enter the ceremony without a ticket?
No. Your ticket will be scanned upon entry. To expedite the entry process, please arrive early and do not bring bulky items. Tickets may not be duplicated, nor can they be scanned more than once.
