Chisholm Trail Middle School student, Avery Hibbs, had his bicycle stolen on Wednesday. After learning about the student’s story, Round Rock Police Department partnered with Bicycle Sport Shop (9900 W. Parmer Lane, Austin, TX) to bring Avery a special surprise!
