The FAC (Functional Academic Classroom) at Hernandez Middle School had an opportunity to visit the Cheesecake Factory on their monthly community based field trip. On this particular outing the students practiced ordering from a menu, communicating with others, using manners, as well as practicing money skills including reading a receipt and paying for their meal.
