Eighth-grade students will begin their first year of high school in a few short months. Designing a successful future-ready plan is unique for each student and may include college, trade school, or the armed forces.

Join a virtual four-year planning session and learn how to create a four-year high school plan to increase a student’s future ready opportunities.

Register to attend Thursday, Jan. 18, four-year virtual planning session from 12 to 1 p.m.

After registering, a link to the virtual planning session(s) will be emailed to you. Language support is available for all sessions.

After the planning session, you will:

  • Understand how a plan can increase your student’s future opportunities.
  • Know the steps to help your student develop a strategic four-year plan.
  • Discover the questions to focus in on your student’s aspirations.

The first year of high school is critical for ensuring a student is set up for success. The selection of classes can impact their performance in post-secondary opportunities, whether they decide to attend college or pursue another route after high school.
