Krystall Williams has been named the new principal of England Elementary School. She will replace longtime principal Jana Stowe, who will retire at the end of this school year.

Williams has served as the assistant principal of Elsa England  since 2020. During that time, she helped develop a campus instructional model to enhance teaching and learning and led the establishment of the campus’ first Equity Task Force. Before her time at Elsa England, she served as a teacher at Fern Bluff Elementary School and Bette Perot Elementary School in Keller ISD. She has 20 years of experience in education. She is also a graduate of the District’s Team One Program, designed to provide aspiring principals with professional development relevant to the principal role.

“I am truly honored to serve the phenomenal students, families, and staff of Elsa England Elementary as the 2023-2024 principal,” Williams said. “It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I will continue to partner with our school community to focus on our unwavering commitment to student leadership, academic excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.”

Williams earned her Master’s in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of North Texas.
