Based on the work of the Long-Range Facilities Master Plan Committee, and informed by community feedback, the Citizens Bond Committee will prioritize capital improvement projects included in the LRFMP. The work of both the CBC and the LRFMPC will be considered in any future bonds.
The CBC will review reports and presentations provided by staff in areas such as:
- Capital renewal and replacement
- Community Comprehensive Needs Assessment
- Demographics, and current and projected enrollment
- District financial impact, estimated taxpayer impact, and anticipated project costs
- Educational Specifications
- Extracurricular and co-curricular programs
- Five-year Strategic Plan
- Long-Range Facilities Master Plan
- Safety and Security
- Technology and related infrastructure
- Texas Academic Performance Report
The CBC will prioritize projects based on the following criteria:
- Board goals

This subcommittee will focus on deferred maintenance such as HVAC, roofs, etc.
