Estevan J. (Chuy) Zárate is an actor/director/teacher/corporate trainer originally from San Antonio TX. He has been a part of Round Rock ISD for 8 years. He proudly boasts two children that graduated from McNeil HS and one child still attending Deerpark MS. Before becoming a member of the Board, he was very active in local and state PTA. He is always ready to volunteer to help Round Rock ISD.
