To assist families in completing the FAFSA/TASFA, Round Rock ISD’s Counseling Services Department is partnering with the Austin Chamber of Commerce to assist in completing the FAFSA/TASFA for students entering (or returning to) college in the 2025-2026 school year. Multiple appointment slots are available on December 3rd from 6 PM until 8 PM at the Round Rock ISD Administration Building. If you would like an appointment please click on the time below.

FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA application provides students with access to grants, scholarships, and work-study opportunities; it’s not just for student loans.

TASFA stands for Texas Application for State Financial Assistance. TASFA is available to students that are not eligible for federal financial aid. TASFA provides Texas students with state money to help cover tuition costs for colleges/universities in Texas.
