SPEAKER: Jeffrey Yarbrough, Round Rock ISD Director of Safety and Security, is a 24-year police veteran and former Chief of Police.

Yarbrough is a certified Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) instructor and teaches active shooter strategies built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend principles of personal safety. Yarbrough provides strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event.
