If you are the parent or guardian of a Round Rock ISD student, you will automatically receive communications from the campus(es) that your student(s) attends.
If you are not receiving information or would like to change your contact information, please contact the office at your student’s campus and ask them to update your information.
If your information has not changed and you have stopped receiving communications, it is possible that you have unsubscribed from the system. Please contact your student’s campus and ask the registrar to “opt you back in” into calls, emails, and/or text messages.
If one guardian is receiving communications but not the other, please contact the office at your student’s campus and ask them to add you as an additional guardian on your student’s account.
