Designed to fill the need for exemplary campus leadership, Team One offers an opportunity for district assistant principals to further develop the skills needed for the principalship. The goal is to build a strong base of campus administrators who are prepared to become the next generation of visionary, servant leaders in Round Rock ISD.

Aspiring Assistant Principal Cohort

RRock Star University equips Round Rock ISD employees aspiring to become assistant principals with essential leadership skills. The program focuses on research-based leadership practices, fostering visionary and servant leaders for our campuses.

The cohort meets monthly from August to November and from January to April. Applications open each spring.

The program aims to develop a cohort of skilled teacher leaders capable of fostering collaboration and maximizing instructional effectiveness, ultimately enhancing student learning experiences across our campuses.
