I Lead: Teacher Leadership Academy (Current Teacher Leaders- Facilitators, Sania Ali, Area Director of Academics for WLC and Mary Ann Maxwell, Area Director of Academics for CRLC). Application process opens again in August 2020.
The purpose of the Round Rock ISD Student Advisory Board (SAB) is to provide an avenue of participation and involvement of secondary student leaders in the district. The SAB will offer advice on student concerns to the Superintendent from the perspective of the students in Round Rock ISD. The primary mission will be to promote the Round Rock ISD goals through student input into those areas that impact student performance, safety and security, dropout prevention, and other areas of concern.
World Class Student Leadership Conference- (WCSLC) – Elementary Schools
This annual Saturday event occurs each fall bringing together up to ten young student leaders from every elementary Student Council in Round Rock ISD. The day includes fun activities, keynote speakers on leadership, and breakout sessions provided by Round Rock ISD staff and secondary students.
This year the event will take place on Nov. 2, 2019 at Elsa England Elementary from 8:30 am- 12:30 pm.
