Each year, school districts participating in Holdsworth Leadership Program have their leadership development systems assessed. In 2017 and 2018, Holdsworth conducted focus groups and surveys with principals, assistant principals, central office staff, teachers and teacher leaders to gather their input on these systems. This year, information collected focused on staff perception of the district’s culture, leadership definition, role definition, communication, support for principals, and how future leaders are developed.
