Elsa England headshotElsa England Elementary opened its doors to students in August 2012. The school is named for Elsa England. England was hired in August 1958 to teach 3rd grade at Central Elementary School. She later became a counselor at Round Rock High School and worked in the Special Education Department. England retired in 1979 after a 45 year career in education.
