The Home Access Center is an online information system that allows parents/guardians and secondary students access to view student information such as:
- Set grade notifications
- Class schedules
- Class assignments and grades
- Attendance records
- Transportation designation
- Food service PIN#
- Counselor and teacher contact information
- Integrated mobile App

New Account Log In Information:
The first time that you log into the system, you will be prompted to enter two challenge questions and answers. You only have to provide these challenge questions and answers once. The prompt boxes for these questions and answers are ‘free text’ fields, so you will choose your own question and answer. Once you have provided the initial challenge questions and answers, you will be logged into the system. You can always update your challenge questions by selecting the “My Profile” option and update your responses.
Please contact the Home Access Center Coordinator at the campus where your student attends school if you require assistance or experience problems logging into the system.
To register for a login account for the Home Access Center, click the word “here” at the bottom of the login page and follow instructions on the screen. Access the Home Access Center login page.
Round Rock ISD allows parents/guardians to register for a username and password online. However, if unable to register online for a username and password, the parent/guardian must go to the campus where their student attends school and meet with the Home Access Center Coordinator to complete the process. Proper identification such as a Driver’s License must be presented and the “Home Access Center Use Agreement”must be signed before the secured username and password are released. The “Agreement” form will be provided by the campus.
High School Students
High school students will not register for their passwords online. The campus will generate all student Home Access Center usernames and passwords and will distribute them accordingly. The student will be required to show proper identification such as a Driver’s License or Round Rock ISD Student I.D. and sign a “Home Access Center Use Agreement” before the secured password will be released.
